About the Role:
We’re seeking Warehouse Operators with a valid Forklift Licence to join busy Warehouse and logistics operations in Caringbah. This is a hands‑on role with a 50/50 split between forklift operation and manual picking. If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and thrive in a quick‑paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Duties:
- Operate forklifts (counterbalance or high reach) to move and stack goods
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload trucks and containers
- Maintain accurate inventory and follow safety procedures
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations and order picking
- Good physical fitness – manual handling required
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work independently and in a team
