We are seeking a combined Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Officer who be responsible for dealing with all AP & AR for a multi-franchise dealership in Caboolture. This is a full-time role crucial in maintaining the company's financial operations and ensuring timely payments and receipting to our suppliers and from our clients.

About the Role:

Process vendor invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

Processing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly payments. Raising and issuing customer invoices and credit notes accurately and on time.

Allocating customer payments and reconciling accounts. Following up outstanding invoices by phone and email.

Managing customer account queries and resolving billing discrepancies.





Performing account reconciliations and maintaining accurate supplier & customer records.

Deliver accurate and timely month-end processes and reporting in accordance with company standards. Provide support to the finance team as needed

About You:

Previous experience in AP & AR roles, motor vehicle industry experience beneficial but not essential.

Proficiency in using Titan DMS and Microsoft Office suite preferable

High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail

Effective communication time management skills

Ability to follow due process and procedures.
