We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Aspect Furniture Pty Ltd in Kemps Creek, NSW. This full-time role will involve supporting the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse, ensuring the timely distribution of our products to customers across Australia.

What you'll be doing

- Pick, prepare, and dispatch contracts accurately and on time.
- Follow production and installation schedules to meet delivery targets.
- Manage outwards goods, ensuring stock is correctly collated, labelled, packaged, and dispatched.
- Receive, inspect, and receipt all incoming goods, reporting any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records for dispatched and received stock.
- Keep dispatch, inwards goods, and warehouse areas clean, organised, and efficient in line with 5S principles.
- Perform regular stock checks and investigate any variances.
- Communicate dispatch and tracking information to relevant internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy




- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- A positive attitude and a willingness to be a team player
