We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who brings the kind of energy, organisation and warmth that makes clients feel looked after and keeps campaigns moving without a hitch.

The Role

Reporting directly to your Marketing Strategist, you'll be the engine room that keeps client work on track. You'll coordinate projects across our internal creative, web and design teams, manage timelines, liaise with suppliers and clients, and make sure every touchpoint with Chilli is a great one.

This role is for someone who genuinely loves the craft of staying organised, communicates with confidence and care, and gets a buzz from seeing a campaign come together.

You’ll thrive here if you:

- Are obsessively organised. Juggling priorities and deadlines is where you shine, not where you stress
- Communicate exceptionally well, both in writing and in person. Transparent emails, polished copy and warm client conversations come naturally to you




- Are a people person through and through. You'll be talking with clients and colleagues all day, and you'll love it
- Have a sharp eye for detail and genuine pride in producing quality work
- Are curious and love learning. Marketing never stands still, and neither do you
- Can work independently and know when to ask for help
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude even when things get busy

- Previous experience in a marketing agency.
- Marketing degree or equivalent study and or certifications.
- Copywriting skills across website content, blogs, EDMs and social media
- Experience with project management tools and software
