Job Description
As a Dental Assistant, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our patients receive outstanding care while supporting our dentists with a wide range of clinical procedures.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting dentists during a variety of dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising instruments
- Maintaining infection control and clinical standards
- Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Managing clinical stock and equipment
- Supporting the team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Maintain sterilisation processes according to established protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dental procedures and familiarity with dental terminology.
- Demonstrates empathy and a caring nature towards patients' needs and concerns.
- Possesses a friendly, positive, and flexible attitude, contributing to a welcoming environment for both patients and colleagues.
- Understanding of hygiene and infection control procedures to uphold clinic standards.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.
