Senior Service Advisors with experience looking to take the step up are encouraged to apply.

The role will include

Hands on leading a team of Service Advisors and Workshop employees.

Provide excellent customer service by being the escalation point for the advisors.

Coaching, developing and assisting your team daily.





Managing manufacturer relationships and attending regional meetings as required.

Ensuring the team delivers outstanding customer service and CSI is achieved, as well as manufacturer targets and company targets.

Permanent/Full-time position.

Monday-Friday, No Saturday work.

Package includes a fully maintained company vehicle and fuel.

Prior management experience is essential (Senior Advisors )

Drivers licence is essential.

Unique and exciting role with five brands Ford / Kia / Isuzu Ute / Nissan / Honda.
