The role

We are seeking caring and reliable Community Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis. You will support people living with disability to achieve their goals, access their community, attend appointments, participate in social activities, and maintain their independence.

Skills and experience

- Experience supporting people with disability, aged care,



mental health or community services is highly regarded
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or a related qualification is desirable but not essential
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working With Children Check (where required)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
- Solid communication skills and a person-centred approach
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, evenings and weekends
