Two Ravens Solutions is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Security Supervisors, Security Guards and RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Marshals to join our team in the Newcastle Hunter Region for licenced venues Monday to Saturday.
As a casual employee, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and events, while also providing excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for security and a strong commitment to upholding safety standards.
What you'll be doing
- Patrolling and monitoring client premises to deter and detect potential security breaches
- Providing a visible security presence and responding to any security incidents or emergencies
- Enforcing venue policies and procedures, including the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Assisting with crowd control and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees
- Maintaining detailed logs and reports of all security-related activities
- Communicating effectively with clients, co-workers, and emergency services as required
What we’re looking for
- A valid security licence and RSA certification
- Current First Aid certification
- Previous experience in a security or customer service role,
preferably in the hospitality or events industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
