About the role

FindStaff is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vehicle Booking-In Officer to join a busy vehicle salvage yard in Acacia Ridge.

This is an entry-level opportunity where you'll be responsible for photographing incoming vehicles and accurately entering information into the system.

We're looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, positive basic computer skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll be on your feet throughout the day, working both indoors and outdoors as vehicles arrive on site.

No previous experience required - training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Photograph incoming salvage vehicles
- Record and upload vehicle information using an iPad
- Ensure vehicle details are entered accurately




- Follow site procedures and safety requirements
- Assist with general booking-in activities as required

About You

- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology, tablets, and data entry systems
- Reliable with a positive attitude
- Able to spend the day on your feet
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Automotive interest is a bonus, but not essential

What's On Offer?

- $33.85 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
- Full-time hours
- Ongoing casual role with potential for permanency
- Full training provided
