About the Role

You'll play a key role in ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for someone with previous machine operating experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.





Key Responsibilities

- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor production lines to meet daily output targets
- Load raw materials into machinery
- Palletise and move finished products
- Complete quality checks throughout production
- Follow HACCP, food safety and quality procedures
- Report machine faults, hazards, or safety concerns
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist across production areas when required

What We're Looking For

- Must have working rights
- Previous Machine Operating experience (essential)
- Previous FMCG or food manufacturing experience (highly regarded)
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Willing to work overtime when required
- Looking for long-term employment
