Project Manager - Telecommunications Network Infrastructure | Public Safety Network
Join a critical NSW Government infrastructure program delivering the expansion and enhancement of the Public Safety Network - increasing outdoor and in-building coverage to ensure reliable critical communications for emergency services and government agencies across NSW.
As Construction Project Manager, you'll coordinate the delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects, managing contractors, schedules, risks and stakeholder relationships to achieve successful project outcomes.
What you'll be doing
- Monitor and govern contractor, construction vendor and supplier performance against project milestones
- Manage project schedules, risks, issues and escalations
- Coordinate change requests and project variations
- Support construction planning and resource coordination
- Coordinate project dependencies with engineering, commercial and operational teams to ensure timely delivery against scheduled forecasts
- Ensure projects achieve safety, budget and delivery objectives
$800 - $1,000 per day + super | 6 Month Contract | Sydney CBD (Hybrid)
About you
You have experience delivering critical communications infrastructure projects within the telecommunications sector, ideally supporting emergency services, public safety or other mission-critical government networks, with robust project management, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving capabilities.
