Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking a compassionate Pastoral Practitioner for dementia care at Edinglassie Lodge and Hawkesbury Memory Support Unit in the Penrith area. This role focuses on person-centred care beyond diagnoses.

You will build meaningful relationships with residents, support families and work with care staff and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic spiritual and emotional support tailored to each resident's life story and preferences.
