Your Impact as an Early Childhood Teacher

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Harmony, you will play a vital role in shaping children's learning, wellbeing and future success. You will:

- Lead your studio with intentional, play-based and inquiry-driven teaching practices
- Champion children's voices, rights, cultures and identities in everyday learning experiences
- Plan, document and assess learning with purpose, curiosity and a strong understanding of child development
- Build meaningful, respectful relationships with children, families and the wider community
- Collaborate closely with your Educational Leader and fellow educators to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Create engaging learning environments that inspire creativity, exploration and critical thinking
- Bring the EYLF V2.0 and QKLG to life through rich, meaningful and responsive learning experiences
- Support children's transitions,



school readiness and continuity of learning
- Model professionalism, reflective practice and ethical decision-making in all aspects of your work

About You:

You are the teacher who sees potential everywhere.
You bring:

- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion
- Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0, QKLG and contemporary pedagogy
- Passion for intentional teaching, play-based learning & inquiry
- A reflective, collaborative and curious approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to child and cultural safety
- A warm, engaging presence that children are naturally drawn to
