Clark Equipment is looking for a customer centric product support person with high attention to detail to join the Aftermarket Support Team.

Located in the Hornsby head office the successful applicant will play a vital role in supporting equipment used in the Construction, Material Handling andAgricultural industries.

Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd, is a leading distributor of Capital Equipment with operations nationally.

Reporting to the AM Support Team Supervisor responsibilities will include:

- Attending to branch and dealer enquiries, including (but not limited to) freight enquiries/expediting & providing spare parts information.
- General administration and housekeeping.
- Assisting with order processing and warehouse stock audits




- Includes on the job training tobecome familiar with the tools used to support a variety of products/brands.
- In office parking & close to public transport
- Working as part of a friendly team

The successful candidate will ideally have:

- Mechanical aptitude or equipment/machinery knowledge.
- Spare Parts interpretation, sales and customer service experience.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a similar position or within the industry is desirable, but not essential.
