- Deliver and oversee the provision of high-quality care to residents.

- Participate in clinical risk management and continuous quality improvement activities.

About You:

- Your demonstrated compassion, empathy and advocacy.
- Our teams have a passion for what they do and the impact they make to our residents and their families.
- Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure the best possible resident experience, teamwork and standard of care.
- Your ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision‑making.
- Your track record of leadership, ability to coordinate care across the team and provide clarity and direction.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience – aged care experience is highly regarded.
- Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights.

Please note: As part of the Casual Pool, you must be willing and able to work across all three of our aged care facilities – Dungog, Hawks Nest & Newcastle.

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
