Versatile Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operation and drive safety, inventory accuracy, customer service and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving processes and leading from the warehouse floor.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, including inbound, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch and team leadership.

You’ll ensure the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and with the discipline required to support a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, storage and dispatch
- Maintain high inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counts and stocktakes
- Drive productivity, labour efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure customer orders are picked accurately and delivered on time




- Champion a strong safety culture and WHS compliance
- Coach, develop and lead a high-performing warehouse team
- Monitor and report on key operational KPIs

About You

You’ll bring:

- Proven experience managing a warehouse or distribution operation
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems
- A continuous improvement mindset with solid problem-solving ability
- Sound knowledge of WHS requirements
- The ability to lead by example and create a culture of accountability
