ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY





You will manage an active residential portfolio within a fast-paced but highly organised property management department. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently, yet values being part of a supportive, collaborative team. You will oversee the full property lifecycle, including landlord and tenant communication, maintenance coordination, inspections, compliance, and arrears management. With strong systems, experienced leadership, and a well-structured office environment, you will be set up for success from day one.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

- End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
- Regular communication with landlords and tenants
- Coordination of maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections
- Management of arrears, lease renewals, and tenancy compliance
- Ensuring full compliance with NSW tenancy legislation
- Maintaining accurate records, reporting, and portfolio performance
- Working closely with leasing, admin, and sales teams

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Minimum 2+ years experience in residential Property Management
- Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
- Confident managing a high-volume portfolio independently
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
