We are currently seeking enthusiastic people to join our PCYC Team. Are you a qualified and enthusiastic boxing coach who can deliver boxing and youth boxing classes in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment?

A Senior General Activities Officer has a varied and flexible role, coordinating sport activities and events at the Club. Whether you are new to the industry wanting to build your skills or you are experienced in sport, recreation and youth engagement roles, if you are passionate about making a life changing difference in your community, then this is the opportunity for you!

Casual position available at PCYC Eastern Suburbs $40.16 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Eastern Suburbs team to provide positive experiences to young people. In this varied and flexible role, classified as Senior General Activities Officer under our Enterprise Agreement, you will be coaching and guiding young people, and:

- Drive a team to deliver fun, interactive, engaging and safe activities and programs
- Provide customer service and administration duties

About You

Are you a passionate person and have flexibility to work afternoons and evenings, school holidays and weekends? As well as,

- Do you have skills and experience in coordinating boxing programs and coaching?
- Do you have a Certificate III & IV in Fitness (Essential)?
- Do you have a Level 1 Boxing accreditation (Preferred)?
- Do you have a current First Aid Certificate (Essential)?
- Do you possess strong computer literacy and administration experience?
- Are you a reliable and trustworthy person for the care of young people?
- Are you a positive role model, collaborative and team orientated?
- Do you have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills?
- Do you have experience in working with children, building relationships and customer service?
- Do you have the ability to obtain a compliant Working With Children Check and National Police Check?
