About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Staff Scheduler & Service Coordinator to join our Cairns (Earlville) office. You'll work closely with the Kitchen Services Manager and field technicians to coordinate bookings, update schedules, and support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily scheduling and rostering of field technicians
- Liaise with customers via phone and email to confirm service timesUse Simpro to update customer details and job information
- Track real-time changes:



cancellations, sick leave, job access requirements
- Ensure technicians have access info, keys, and job details
- Support the team with admin, communication, and last-minute schedule changes

About You

- Strong admin and scheduling/rostering experience
- Confident in customer service and phone communication
- Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Proficient with IT systems (e.g. Excel, CRM, Simpro)
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently
