We're Hiring: Operations Analyst Company: ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services Location: Remote / Hybrid / On-site Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level About the Role ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Analyst to support business operations through data analysis, process optimization, and performance monitoring. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements, develop actionable insights, and support strategic initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and business growth. Key Responsibilities

- Operations Analysis & Performance Management Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational performance reports for management. Develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency. Evaluate business performance and measure the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives. Support forecasting, capacity planning, and resource utilization analysis.
- Process Improvement & Business Support Review and optimize business processes to improve productivity and operational effectiveness. Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices. Support business transformation and digitalization initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational performance.



Participate in continuous improvement projects across the organization. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Data Management & Reporting Collect, validate, and maintain operational data from multiple systems and sources. Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and business summaries for stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to generate meaningful insights. Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Academic, and Business Development teams. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve business processes. Support project implementation and organizational initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to project teams and management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, project coordination, consulting, or related roles is preferred. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools is an advantage. Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or business management systems is preferred.
- Solid organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.



Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
