The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) is a member-based organisation that strives to set, maintain and promote high-quality professional standards for Rural and Remote Medicine. This will help to ensure that rural and remote communities have access to safe and accessible health care.
ACRRM is growing and we continue to build our teams in each state and territory across Australia and are now recruiting for a SA based Training Program Advisor (TPA).
The successful applicant will be responsible for the case management of Medical Registrars throughout their training journey with the college and Training Post support services.
Duties of the role:
- Coordination and implementation of support services to our stakeholders including registrars, supervisors, and training posts in line with ACRRM’s fellowship program and College policies and standards.
- Ensure administrative tasks related to training documentation and data entry is accurate and updated in a timely manner to college data management platforms.
- Monitor and case manage training progression of registrars to ensure compliance through regular data audits and accurate record-keeping.
- Work with the regional training team to coordinate and manage the registrar training activities and training requirements in line with the fellowship program.
- Work with the regional training team to coordinate and manage training post and supervisor related training obligations and documentation.
- Promote and support registrar wellbeing.
- Support registrar training activities, delivery of workshops, placement management and networking events.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to:
