Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for customer service and operational excellence? ORIX Australia is seeking a driven Branch Manager to lead our Rental & Mobility operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive growth in the local market.

As Branch Manager, you’ll take charge of both strategic leadership and day-to-day operations of our rental branch. You’ll foster a high-performing team culture, develop trusted partnerships with local and state-based clients, and ensure the branch meets its financial, operational, and risk objectives.

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Adopt a proactive leadership approach in delivering branch and divisional strategy
- Lead all Rental branch activities, ensuring operational best practice and a consistent, high-quality customer experience
- Drive customer retention, asset/fleet optimisation, and business growth initiatives within the local market
- Ensure achievement of key performance metrics including utilisation, margin, service delivery, safety, audit, and compliance targets
- Build strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing and converting new business opportunities
- Promote ORIX products and services,



with ongoing account management and customer growth strategies
- Support branch security and property maintenance functions to ensure a protected and efficient working environment
- Partner with Projects, Business Development, and National Accounts teams to successfully deploy opportunities locally
- Monitor and report on branch performance, financials, and key activity metrics on a monthly basis to the Regional Branch Manager
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure engagement, alignment, and high performance
- Lead by example in promoting health and safety, proactively identifying and managing risks and hazards

WHAT YOU HAVE:

- A background in rental operations, fleet management, asset finance, or mobility
- Proven experience managing a branch or leading sales/account management teams
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, influence stakeholders, and drive performance
- A people-first leadership style that motivates, develops, and aligns teams
- The ability to think strategically while delivering operational results
- A strong track record in customer service excellence and operational delivery
