BD Realty is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates with care and confidence, and takes pride in doing things properly. Someone who understands that great Property Management comes down to consistency, sound judgement, clear communication and genuine follow-through.

This role would suit a capable Property Manager who enjoys building long-term relationships, taking ownership of their portfolio and working within a team that shares information, supports one another and genuinely values their contribution.

The Role

You’ll manage a residential portfolio from end to end, with the systems, structure and team support needed to do your role well.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractors

- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears

- Conducting routine inspections and preparing explicit reports

- Coordinating entry and exit processes

- Supporting leasing, including advertising, applications and lease preparation

- Maintaining accurate records, file notes and compliance documentation





- Keeping clients informed and following matters through to completion

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience managing a residential property portfolio

- Holds a current Queensland real estate salesperson registration or full real estate agent licence

- Holds a current driver’s licence and has access to a reliable vehicle

- Communicates warmly, professionally and confidently

- Is organised and can manage competing priorities

- Uses sound judgement and remains calm when challenges arise

- Has strong attention to detail and follows tasks through

- Takes initiative, accountability and pride in their work

- Values good service and long-term relationships

- Works well independently and as part of a team
