Key Responsibilities

- Lead quality performance across the glass AuNZ network
- Manage cost of quality, including stock on hold and claims
- Own quality governance, risk and audit frameworks
- Standardise quality systems, processes and reporting
- Partner with operations to improve quality and service outcomes
- Lead customer quality issues, escalation and resolution
- Oversee supplier and imported product quality
- Drive continuous improvement and problem solving
- Build capability across the network
