Our firm has expertise across a range of sectors including small through to large lot residential subdivisions, large multi residential, commercial and industrial developments.
The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Civil Designer to join our Fortitude Valley office. This role is suited to an intermediate to senior designer looking to work on a diverse range of subdivision and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver civil design solutions from concept through to construction
- Prepare Development Approval (DA) documentation and reports
- Undertake site assessments and planning
- Produce and manage CAD drawings and documentation
- Model earthworks and perform volume calculations
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Attend client meetings and site inspections
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Skills & Experience
- 5 - 8 years' experience in civil design
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience with either 12D or Civil 3D civil engineering modelling software is essential
- Strong experience in subdivision design and documentation
- Thorough knowledge of local standards and regulations
