Moranbah Equipment Compliance Officer

Help Us Expand Across the Bowen Basin

Due to continued growth, C2C Mine Maintenance is expanding our compliance division and is seeking a self-motivated Equipment Compliance Officer based in Moranbah or surrounding areas.

This is an exciting opportunity to become the face of our compliance services throughout Moranbah and the surrounding mining region. You'll enjoy working independently while building strong relationships with our clients across multiple mine sites.

This role is ideal for trade qualified Diesel Fitters or Motor Mechanics with coal mining experience who are looking to step away from the tools into a long term, stable career without leaving the mining industry.

About the Role

As our Moranbah-based Compliance Officer, you will:

- Conduct mechanical compliance inspections and brake testing on mining equipment.
- Travel to mine sites throughout Moranbah and surrounding areas.
- Complete inspections using modern compliance management software.
- Manage your own schedule and workload while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Build long-term relationships with our clients and represent the C2C Mine Maintenance brand.

Full training is provided, including brake testing where required.

About You

- Trade-qualified Diesel Fitter or Motor Mechanic
- Current driver's licence
- Coal mining, civil or remote site experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Standard 11
- Coal Board Medical
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Customer-focused with a qualified attitude
- Willingness to travel to various mine sites
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A; test
- Brake testing experience is advantageous (training provided)
