Raven Roofing is a growing Brisbane-based metal roofing company specialising in residential and commercial roofing projects. We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and help deliver high-quality roofing projects safely, on time and to an exceptional standard.
About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing roofing crews, coordinating site activities, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently while meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate roofing crews on site
- Monitor project progress, quality, and productivity
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Liaise with clients, builders, suppliers, and internal team members
- Manage daily site reporting and documentation
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively
About You
- Previous experience in the metal roofing industry
- Knowledge of commercial and residential roofing systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Construction White Card (essential)
- Current Driver Licence (essential)
- Working at Heights and EWP tickets highly regarded
