Claims Administrator – Insurance Repair

We’re seeking a Claims Administration Officer to join our fast-paced, friendly team based on the Sunshine Coast. If you're organised, people-focused and ready to grow in a supportive workplace, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

As the first point of contact for customers, trades and insurance clients, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth claim handling and a positive customer experience.

You will:

- Deliver exceptional customer service across phone and email
- Coordinate trades for emergency repairs and site inspections
- Schedule appointments and keep internal systems up to date




- Support claims processing and administration tasks within key timeframes (KPIs)
- Liaise with insurers and trades to keep jobs moving efficiently

What we’re looking for

- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Strong computer skills (we use multiple systems and portals)
- Great time management and the ability to work at pace
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and a problem-solving mindset

Experience in insurance, construction or property repairs is desirable but not essential — we’ll provide full training.
