If you're someone who enjoys being on-site, building strong relationships and getting the best out of people, this could be the role for you. We're looking for a proactive and solutions-focused professional to oversee Subcontractor performance, support project delivery and become a trusted partner to both Clients and Subcontractors.

What you will do:

- Monitor project performance, identify risks and implement practical solutions.
- Conduct field audits, site inspections and safety observations across active projects.
- Investigate incidents and performance issues, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Support with the coordination of subcontractor resources to meet project demands.
- Maintain a robust site presence and build positive relationships with Clients and Subcontractors.
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement on projects.
- Support Client relationships through proactive relationship management and issue resolution.





What you bring:

- A solid understanding of site safety, compliance and quality requirements, with experience conducting audits, inspections and toolbox talks.
- Proven experience managing subcontractors, field team members or operational workforces across civil, construction, infrastructure or industrial environments.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, capable of managing challenging conversations with stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- A valid Driver's Licence and Construction Induction Safety Card (White/Red Card).
