We are currently seeking experienced Inventory Controller to join a well-known company based in Yennora. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a top-tier organisation specialising in the distribution of essential hospital supplies.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, detail-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Day Shift: 6am start (Monday to Friday) with Overtime available

Key responsibilities include:

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory systems
- Monitor stock levels and stock movements
- Conduct stocktakes and cycle counts
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies

Warehouse & Logistics Support

- Support material forecasting activities
- Coordinate stock transfers between locations
- Ensure stock is stored safely and efficiently

Systems & Reporting

- Maintain accurate inventory data and records
- Prepare and distribute stock reports
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements

Operational Support

- Assist with day-to-day logistics activities
- Respond to inventory-related enquiries




- Support warehouse organisation and operational efficiency

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments
- Strong Excel and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Current Forklift Licence (high reach experience preferred)
- Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse setting
- Experience coordinating with suppliers
- Sound knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
