We are seeking an experienced Truck and dog Driver to join the team at Newcastle Demolition. This is a full-time role based in Newcastle NSW. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of materials and equipment to and from demolition sites, playing a vital role in the success of our operations.

What you’ll be doing

- Safely operate and maintain heavy vehicles such as semi-trailers and rigid trucks
- Load, transport, and unload demolition materials and equipment
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately
- Adhere to all road rules, safety regulations, and company policies
- Assist with general site duties as required
- Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of your assigned vehicle

What we’re looking for

- A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) driver’s licence
- Demonstrated experience driving large commercial vehicles, ideally in a construction or demolition environment
- Robust knowledge of road rules and safety regulations




- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- A commitment to safe work practices and a proactive approach to safety
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
