Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present high-quality meals for functions and events
- Assist with bulk food production and service
- Deliver skilled customer service to guests
- Maintain food safety,



hygiene and WHS standards
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and efficient

About You

Desired Skills and Experience

- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen
- Education or boarding school catering experience is desirable
- Experience preparing bulk meals in a high-volume environment
- Reliable, organised and committed to delivering quality food

All successful candidates will be required to satisfy a Working With Children Check and undertake a National Criminal History Check.
