About the role

Our team of support workers provide help and care to people with disabilities and older adults in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. You will be required to travel within Goulburn and surrounds, helping support a range of clients with different needs.

The responsibilities of the position will include but are not limited to:

- Social Support
- Transport
- Meal Preparation

About you

An experienced aged care and/or disability support worker, you are genuinely passionate about helping people, reliable and diligent, and willing to travel within Goulburn and Southern Tablelands area to clients' homes. You have experience working within the NDIS and Aged Care Framework and a focus towards client-centred goals.

You also have:

- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (aged care and/or disability) or equivalent
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NSW Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Reliable and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Smart phone
- Ideal availability between 11am and 7pm, Friday to Monday
- Training and support for career growth
