East Coast Getaways' is seeking a casual Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team in The Entrance, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation. This is a casual position with the opportunity to work flexible schedule to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

- Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and restocking supplies
- Clean and maintain public areas such as the lobby, corridors, and common spaces
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a hospitality or tourism environment is preferred but full training will be given for the right applicants.




- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the day
- Flexible and adaptable to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
