We are looking for a workshop based plant mechanic to join our team

Ausmech Mechanical Services is a small business located in the Mount Thorley
Industrial Estate. We have a team of light & heavy vehicle mechanics, auto
electricians and plant mechanics.

About the Position:

We have small to medium size plant that we regularly have at our workshop that
we would like to have a dedicated workshop based plant mechanic.

Equipment including but not limited to;
Forklifts, Generators, Welders, Compressors, Backhoes, Excavators, Telehandlers
As a part of the role, assisting HV & LV mechanics also when required.

Hours are 6am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday with overtime available on Fridays

Essential Criteria For The Role:

- Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Current drivers licence




- Strong commitment to safety of yourself & others
- To be punctual with a good work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Own tools for the role

Desireable Criteria (but not required):

- Forklift Licence
- Air Con Ticket
- Auto Electrical Experience

Hourly rate negotiable based on experience & qualifications.
