Job Description:
As an Electrical System Design and Drafting Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring project success by leading and executing electrical system design activities using EPLAN software. Your role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing design solutions, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical system design and drafting activities, including schematic development, layout drawings, and generating reports using EPLAN software.
- Collaborate with mechanical, process,
and civil teams to ensure seamless integration of EC&I; system design within project interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, regulations, and schedules, and manage scope changes effectively.
- Produce and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and participate in equipment testing for quality control and acceptance testing.
- Support commissioning tasks to ensure the successful startup and operation of electrical systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in electrical system design and drafting, with expertise in EPLAN.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
