The Opportunity

As a HR Business Partner, you’ll work across our mainland portfolio, supporting leaders through growth, change, and integration.

You’ll have a seat at the table where you will:

- Partner directly with an Executive portfolio, building trusted relationships and becoming a genuine advisor to senior leaders and your Executive.
- Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle across your portfolio.
- Provide practical, commercially sound HR advice that helps leaders make confident people decisions.
- Manage complex employee relations and case work with care, consistency and sound judgement.
- Build strong relationships across the business, creating credibility through responsiveness, curiosity and follow-through.
- Influence stakeholders at all levels, balancing people outcomes, business needs and risk.
- Take ownership of exciting people projects and drive them end to end,



from planning and stakeholder engagement through to implementation and embedding.
- Bring energy, judgement and a solutions-focused mindset to a role where no two days look the same.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven HR Business Partner experience
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to align people strategy with business goals
- Experience in fast-paced or evolving environments
- Confidence navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes
