About Us
Set on 5 acres of picturesque hobby farm land, Mulgoa Preschool offers a truly unique early learning experience. Children enjoy the freedom to explore a generous, natural backyard surrounded by farm animals, gardens, and wide open space—perfect for fostering curiosity and wellbeing.

We cater to:

25 children aged 2–3 years

29 children aged 4–5 years

Position Overview:

Degree / Diploma

We are seeking either an Early Childhood Degree or Diploma Qualified Educators to enrich and lead our Toddler room (2-4 year old Room) in a Full-time or Job Share arrangement, 3 days per week. As an enthusiastic and committed individual, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a positive learning atmosphere. If you possess leadership qualities and revel in collaborating within a team, this role aligns perfectly with your aspirations.

Requirements:

Diploma in Children's Services

Early Childhood Degree (must be recognised via NESA)

Currently working with Children's Check

Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate

Up-to-date Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Certificate

Proficiency in developing educational programs meeting National Quality Standards

Proven ability in purposeful teaching to enhance children's learning

Sound knowledge of National Regulations and the Early Years Learning Framework

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
