Role Overview
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, your role is key to supporting our Australian operations by ensuring a seamless end-to-end resourcing process during business hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM AEST).
You will play an important role in candidate engagement and provide ongoing support to the recruitment team throughout the hiring process.
Key Duties
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Review resumes and shortlist applicants.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings.
- Collect required documents from candidates and ensure compliance standards are met.
- Support candidate onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
