RBR Property Consultants is an expanding independent real estate agency with two beautifully located offices on the Southern Gold Coast and Tweed Coast. Our fun, friendly team of 47 delivers expert advice across Property Management, Sales, Commercial and Holiday Management.
About the Role
We operate on a pod-based structure — you won't be managing a portfolio alone. You'll run a portfolio of approximately 200 managements spanning both NSW and QLD, supported by a dedicated full-time assistant, giving you the space to focus on relationships and results rather than getting buried in admin.
This role supports the smooth running of our Property Management department — maintaining our landlords' investments to a high standard, assisting with daily management across our 700 managements, and covering PM roles when team members are on leave or in training.
What You'll Do
Take a proactive role in helping the principal implement smarter systems and improvements
Assist with entry and exit inspections
Manage tenancy renewals and bond refunds
Issue and follow up maintenance work orders
Issue breach notices and other statutory notices as required
Assist in resolving tenancy disputes when needed
About You
You're passionate about property management and your own skilled growth. You'll be backed by our support team across administration, leasing and business development.

Minimum 2 years' experience across all aspects of property management
