About Chivalry
We’re not just another 4x4 shop.
Chivalry is one of Australia’s fastest-growing names in trays, canopies, touring builds and service bodies. We’ve expanding into our new Brendale location and are currently redeveloping the workshop as we continue to grow nationally.
The workshop is flat out. The sales are growing rapidly. The builds are getting bigger.
Now we need the right person to help keep everything organised behind the scenes.
This role is absolutely critical to the business.

You’ll help organise workshop bookings, customer scheduling, parts ordering, stock control and vehicle build coordination - making sure everything runs smoothly day-to-day.
If you enjoy organisation, problem-solving and the automotive/4x4 industry, this can become a very rewarding long-term career opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Organising workshop bookings and vehicle scheduling
- Managing stock, incoming parts and factory orders
- Communicating with customers regarding build timelines and updates
- Liaising closely with the sales and fitting teams
- Managing paperwork, workflow systems and job coordination
- Assisting with planning upcoming vehicle builds and workshop flow
- Helping keep operations organised during rapid business growth
This role touches almost every part of the business.
