Syscon is a leading Level 1 and Level 2 Accredited Service Provider (ASP) delivering electrical infrastructure projects across NSW. We work with Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy to construct, maintain and upgrade overhead and underground network assets.
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead field crews and subcontractors across a range of ASP projects.
What You'll Do
Supervise crews delivering Level 1 and Level 2 ASP works.
Coordinate labour, plant and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
Ensure all work is completed safely and to network standards.
Liaise with clients, project managers and network representatives.
Monitor productivity, quality and project progress.
Lead toolbox talks and maintain site compliance.
Ensure HSEQ requirements are followed across all projects.
What You'll Bring
Experience supervising ASP or DNSP projects.
Experience working on Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy or Essential Energy networks.
White Card.
Driving Licence.
Strong commitment to safety and team leadership.
Electrician, Linesworker or Cable Jointer background.
Substation Entry / SC1200.
GIS map reading experience.
