Evoke Maintenance Services (EMS) is expanding, and we are seeking experienced trade and civil construction personnel to join our growing team working across the Bowen Basin.

We are looking for reliable, safety-focused people with practical site experience across carpentry, concrete works, formsetting, civil construction, plant operation and general mine-site support.

EMS was founded by directors who started on the tools. We understand site work and support our crews with practical leadership, stable rosters and a team culture people choose to stay for.

The Role

You will work across a range of construction, civil and maintenance tasks on mine sites and civil projects across the Bowen Basin, supporting concrete works, carpentry, formwork, equipment operation and general site activities.

This role would suit someone who is practical, reliable, safety-focused and able to work well both independently and as part of a crew.

Roster: 4 days on / 3 days off
Location: Bowen Basin (commencing Moranbah)
Travel: Provided from Mackay
Work Type: Day shift only

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for people with the right mindset as much as the right skills. The ideal candidate is reliable, practical, safety-focused and willing to contribute positively to the crew.

Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded:

- Relevant trade qualification and/or proven site experience
- Coal Board Medical, or ability to obtain
- Standard 11, or ability to obtain
- White Card & tickets for equipment
- Current QLD Driver’s Licence
- Strong safety focus and quality workmanship
- Full Australian working rights

Candidates with a current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 will be prioritised for immediate mobilisation.
