We have teams that specialise in Business Services, Tax Advisory and Corporate Finance.

We're inviting motivated final-year students and recent graduates in Finance, Accounting or Law to join our 2026 Graduate Program. This is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic, professional environment where learning and development are central to your experience.

Our graduates are supported from day one. You will join our Graduate cohort and experience our Graduate Development Program that focuses on technical experience and soft skills that are important well beyond your Graduate role. You will also have the opportunity to learn from multiple industry experts while working across a variety of clients and industries.

Your graduate journey begins in February 2027, where you'll join one of our specialist teams and gain practical experience while building the foundations for a successful long-term career.

Business Services

Help businesses grow by delivering practical accounting and taxation solutions.

You'll gain experience in:





- Preparing financial statements and tax returns.
- Assisting with BAS, FBT, payroll tax and GST compliance.
- Bookkeeping, account reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Applying taxation legislation including capital gains tax, assessable income and allowable deductions.
- Working directly with clients to help solve real business challenges.
- Develop specialist expertise in Australian taxation while working on complex client matters.

You'll be involved in:

- Researching and applying tax legislation, rulings and case law.
- Preparing tax provisions, disclosures and compliance documentation.
- Drafting tax advice and corresponding with the ATO.
- Supporting clients through complex commercial and technical tax matters.
- Working alongside experienced tax specialists on challenging engagements.

Corporate Finance

Work on strategic transactions that help businesses grow, invest and create value.

You'll gain exposure to:

- Financial modelling and valuation.
- Due diligence and transaction support.
- Mergers and acquisitions.
- Capital raising and strategic advisory projects.
- Financial analysis, business performance reviews and market research.

ABOUT YOU

You'll be someone who is:

- In your final year or recently graduated with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or a related business discipline.
- Eligible to commence or currently undertaking CA, CPA, CFA or a Master of Tax qualification.
- Curious, motivated and eager to learn.
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
- A cooperative team player who enjoys building relationships.
