About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Installer to join the Peerless Kitchens team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the professional installation of our custom cabinetry and joinery products in residential and commercial settings. You’ll ensure every installation meets our high-quality standards and represents the craftsmanship our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
Install custom kitchens, cabinetry, and joinery on-site with precision and attention to detail
Read and interpret shop drawings and plans
Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Conduct quality checks and ensure all installations are completed to specification
Liaise professionally with clients, builders, and team members
Assist in deliveries and handle materials safely
About You
Proven experience in cabinetry, joinery, or kitchen installation
Solid understanding of tools, hardware, and fitting techniques
Ability to read and follow detailed shop drawings
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
