About the Role

Working closely with our Advisers and Client Service Team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic financial advice solutions for our clients.

- Preparing high-quality Statements of Advice, Records of Advice and strategy documentation
- Conducting technical research and modelling financial strategies
- Developing retirement, superannuation, investment, insurance and wealth accumulation strategies
- Reviewing existing client structures and identifying strategic opportunities
- Assisting advisers with complex client scenarios and technical queries
- Ensuring advice documentation meets compliance and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining technical knowledge of financial planning legislation and industry changes
- Participating in client strategy discussions and adviser meetings where appropriate

About You

- Experience as a Paraplanner,



Strategist or similar role within financial planning
- Strong technical knowledge of superannuation, retirement planning, investments and personal insurance
- Excellent written communication and report-writing skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
