Warmup Australia is one of the leading suppliers of premium underfloor heating. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic Business Development Specialist to help expand our presence across Sydney and NSW.

About the Role

Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll be responsible for growing sales by developing new business while managing existing customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities

- Develop new business across Sydney.
- Build relationships with electrical wholesalers, builders, contractors, developers and distributors.
- Promote Warmup's range of heating, waterproofing and other products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer training.
- Work with architects and specifiers to secure project specifications.
- Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into sales.
- Manage your sales pipeline and CRM.
- Represent Warmup at industry events and trade shows.

About You

You'll have:





- Proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Experience in the construction, electrical, plumbing or building products industry (preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A self-motivated, results-driven approach.
- A current Australian Driver's Licence.

Competitive remuneration package with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $115,000–$140,000, Comprising base salary, superannuation, vehicle allowance and an uncapped performance-based commission structure.
