Job Description

Hayman Industries Duties and Responsibilities Review blueprints and drawings, and taking measurements to plan layout and procedures Prepare for the job from selecting and preparing metal and determining the appropriate welding tools/ equipment/ machineries and method based on requirements Mark-out reference points for columns or plates, following blueprints and using straightedges squares, transits and measuring instruments. Align, cut, shape, fabricate and bend metals using the appropriate tools, equipment and machineries. Join metals and structures using welding, bolting and riveting methods Weld steel components with welding equipment as specified by layouts, engineering drawings, work orders or verbal instructions.

Ensure to examine work forwidth of bead, penetration and precision. Ensure the finishing product is clean and smooth by filing, chiselling and grinding. Also, polish, fill and bathe finished welds in acidic solutions.





Maintain a safety focus with a high attention to detail Relevant Qualification and Experience At least a relevant Certificate III or IV plus 1 year relevant experience OR 3 years relevant experience in substitute to the qualification Relevant Skills Proficiency in multiple welding techniques , 1G,1F,2F and 2G welding position, proficiency in fillet and multi run but welds, and pipe welding. Physical Stamina and good hand-eye coordination Understanding of hazardous material handling and knowledge of safety protocols and regulations Robust communication and problem-solving capabilities Attention to detain Team collaboration
