About the Role
This is an ongoing casual position with genuine opportunities to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate. Working the afternoon shift (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM), you will be a vital cog in the warehouse wheel, ensuring products are moved, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently.
Your daily duties will include:
- Operating forklifts to load, unload, and move plastic products.
- General storeperson duties, including picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Receiving stock and conducting inventory checks.
- Maintaining a clean, organized,
and safe warehouse workplace.
- Utilizing some available overtime to help the team meet peak demands.
What You Need to Succeed
- Valid LF Forklift Licence (essential) with proven operating experience.
- Previous experience in a warehousing, stores, or distribution environment.
- Physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling tasks.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety (WHS).
- Reliability, punctuality, and a great "can-do" attitude.
- High-vis workwear and steel-cap boots.
