- Install, repair and maintain roofs using various materials including tiles, metal sheets and other roofing systems
- Inspect roof structures and identify areas requiring repair or replacement
- Apply protective coatings, sealants and weatherproofing materials to ensure durability and longevity
- Work safely at heights and comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and site requirements
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure adherence to project timelines, compliance and quality standards
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a qualified roof tradesperson
- Current and valid trade qualifications or apprenticeship completion in roofing
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (essential)
- Current White Card (essential)
- Working at Heights certification, or willingness to obtain one (essential)
- Police & Working with Children checks (essential)
- Asbestos Awareness certification, or willingness to obtain one
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to work safely at heights
- Demonstrated commitment to health and safety practices and adherence to workplace safety protocols
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot roofing issues effectively
- Reliable, punctual and professional with a strong work ethic
